BSL has the vision of a poverty-free Australia. These agreements are the result of negotiations with a number of trade unions and workers` representatives. They are considering regular pay increases and a multitude of flexible working conditions. If a job has a registered contract, the premium does not apply. But the BSL is defined by the people who make up our organization. Together, we strive to help disadvantaged people through research and policy, services and representation of interests. Registered contracts apply until they are terminated or replaced.

The BSL offers a partner of a parent of birth age twelve weeks of paid maternity leave and two weeks of paid leave. Pay slips reduce the amount of taxes paid, allowing employees to get the most out of their income. All applicants must be allowed to work in Australia.
